A miniature horse named Shorty!

Today, I want to tell you about two of my new friends.  One is named Romeo and the other one is named Shorty. Romeo is a very big dog. He is a Giant Schnauzer and he is very nice. Shorty is a miniature paint horse. Romeo is taller than Shorty. Can  you believe that a dog can be bigger than a horse? Well, it’s true! Shorty is very nice too. Shorty has a problem though. He has a hard time walking because his body isn’t formed perfectly. Well for that matter, whose body is perfect? Mine sure isn’t. Is yours? Anyway, Shorty is way cool ‘cuz he doesn’t even care that he can’t move around easily. He told me he kind of likes the way he is because that way he doesn’t have to stay in a paddock like the other horses. He is happy that he gets to walk around and go wherever he wants. He says that he likes being able to go onto the front or back porch and look in the windows. How cool is that? Way cool, I think! Shorty is way cool! Don’t you agree?
