Girl Looking In Mirror
Hey Guys! These are some important questions that parents should ask kids and kids should ask themselves. Do you know why? Well, I’ll tell you. It’s ‘cuz the way you answer these questions will give you an idea of how much self esteem you have.
The amount of self esteem you have is directly related to whether or not you could be a target of bullying and even more importantly it is related to how happy you are. That is why my book is so important because it teaches how important self esteem is and how easy it is to get better self esteem with the right attitude.
So answer these questions by agreeing or disagreeing.
1. I like the person (or dog) that I am.
2. If I act just like I’m comfortable acting, people won’t like me.
3. Other people are better than I am and that won’t change.
4. I am afraid of being rejected.
5. I can’t do things well so I have little value.
6. If I disappeared off of the face of the earth, no one would notice.
7. I feel worthless.
8. I will never be anyone important.
9. If I ignore my problems, they will go away.
10. I feel sad most of the time.
If you agree with any of these questions, you need to tell an approachable adult because that is a warning sign that you need some help building your self worth and pride in who you are. I know all about that because of what happened to me in my life. I learned that being different is a great way to be.
